Dream Team
Purpose & Expectations
The purpose of the Dream Team is to serve others and help create a welcoming, life-giving environment where people can experience community, encounter Jesus, hear the Word of God, and take their next step in faith.
Dream Team Members are expected to:
Have a genuine desire to serve and minister to others
Lead, encourage, and build up those around them
Help create positive team dynamics and handle conflict in a healthy, Christ-centered way
Continue growing spiritually and remain accountable to the leadership of Radius Church
Serve with integrity, humility, and unity
While serving, Dream Team members are expected to avoid behaviors that may negatively reflect Christ or cause others to stumble, including inappropriate language or appearing under the influence of drugs or alcohol while on campus.
