Baby Registration

*Please fill out the form below and also email a photo of your child to office@radiuschurch.tv by Monday May 3, 2026.

Baby dedications will take place Thursday, May 7 at 6:30pm and Sunday, May 10th at the 11:15am services. Please plan to bring your baby into the main service, dedications will take place right after the songs. If you plan to bring your child to kids ministry after the dedications please pre-check them in before the service! Feel free to sit anywhere in the service. You will be called forward to the stage one by one for your child's dedication.
